Roku Sound Bar sits at 33 percent for about 2 minutes before playing

I’m having this strange issue that is seeming like it’s happening on only my Roku devices. It happens on my Roku smart TV as well as my Roku Sound Bar.

Only with movies it’s sticking at 33% and after about 2 minutes of sitting at 33% it will eventually play the movies. It never fails but it’s quite curious.

If anybody has any ideas I’d appreciate the help.
