Roku/web player Stuck on 33 Percent on multiple shows, other devices playing fine

Player Version#: Roku Preview and Regular Plex apps, chrome/firefox web browsers
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

Multiple of my shows hang at 33 percent on roku devices, and on the web player. Playing these files from my phone, or from the plex app for windows doesn’t show the same issue. Files are of regular size, just 1080p x264 files.

Please let me know what other info you need to get started.

seeing this error in the logs:

Jobs: Exec of /config/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Codecs/EasyAudioEncoder-1847-linux-x86_64/EasyAudioEncoder/EasyAudioEncoder failed. (13)

Fixed by going to /config/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Codecs/ and removing the folders under there for easy audio so that they redownloaded on reboot of the docker.
