This is just perfect timing. I was flip flopping from Plex to Emby for about 6 months, decided to stick with Plex. Dumb ass me bought a lifetime pass and a Roko Ultra for the set up. WOW, and 3 months later Plex decides to totally change the UI. I hate this UI with a passion, it feels like a totally new program, that i never asked for. It is like giving someone a Iphone that has used Samsung for 10 years. I am so disappointed in this move. You might have my lifetime $$$, but soon as i learn Jelly fin, you have lost my business, my trust, and my loyalty. Data breach and now this, you have lost all touch with your community.

I am feeling the same way. Been an avid Plex proponent for years. Looking at switching to Emby or Jellyfin. I personally feel the new screen is terrible and is promoting the switch. Too bad, was a great program.

Yeah, they better announce a rollback for the UI, or a fix soon. Already looking at alternatives.
I already switched to Emby because they’re completely ignoring every person that has had this visceral reaction to how terrible the new UI is.

I agree, i just set Emby up again, so far using the free version. If Plex does not change or start communicating with us, life time pass and bye bye Plex.
Only thing that upsets me is, i bought the lifetime pass for Plex, so me leaving doesnt really hurt them much.

I with everyone else. My family hates this new interface. We use Plex to look at our content, but we’re being forced to look at Plex Pushed content as the default. Please give us options to revert back.
It used to be easy to “Continue Watching” episodes. Just open Plex and there it is. Now I have to make multiple steps to go to the library and find the option.
