Romanian subtitles

Hi guys,
Romanian subtitles are showing wrong chars were diacritics are supposed to be.
What can I do to view them properly except to convert first subtitles in I do not know which format? Is there any improvement in plan for dealing with this issue?

Most likely, your subtitle files are not in UTF-8 encoding
