I posted yesterday with problems linking to my Plex Media Server due to a new router. This has since been solved.
The problem I am now having is that any new content I place in folders and is added to the library is not matching any metadata. No director, actors, every field blank except the title it has taken from the file names and a standard release date of ‘1900-01-01’.
Does anybody have any suggestions, bearing in mind I am very new to plex and will probably not understand the lingo you all speak. So feel free to speak slowly to me, I would rather it be explained so I can learn.
