hello, i’m having issue since this afternoon (9-10hrs so far) with my plex server to identify and download the metadata for the new elements i added.
I’ve 2 servers with the sme version (1 on my PC and 1 on my synology DS418play.
On my pc server the information is being gotten, but on my NASit is not.
To be clear both servers are pointing to the same media in the same exact location and the computer has the media where the NAS doesn’t or they both have the media but the NAS just doesn’t have the poster, background picture, etc?
I am migrating media from the PC to my NAS, so basically, the metadata is in my PC with no issue, but when i moved new items from my PC to my NAS yesterday afternoon the posters, background pitures, movie information is not pulled from Plex DB or Movies DB, i tried to identify manually a few items but a message saying there are no matches appeared. I have a large library on Pc (around 700 movies.and series episodes) and i’m moving it slowly to my NAS, so far around 200 items but until yesterday there wasnt any problem.
I’m not sure what exactly did to fix it. I updated to version 1.15.4.919. Also i reboot my router and my server. Now i am able to match the content with the metadata.
