Im not a python guy and have had some personal issue so havent thought more about this.
What if the pc and plexconnect sniff the network for the trailer app querry and change the dns lines so when the plexconnect is off everything work as it should?
- how should we sniff the query if it doesn't pass through your machine?
- if it's cached in aTV, there won't be any outgoing request (well, that's what cached means, I guess).
Hi is there away to autostart this. I have it running fine but would like it to autostart when restarting the rpi.
Take a look at this.
Have a try with the PI and let us know how it work, especially with regard to when you restart the device.
I wasn't able to get it to autostart, I don't know linux that well but I did manage to have it run in the background.
I installed screens and run the the script with it and I'm able to close the terminal window.
Any feedback on this configuration? Thanks in advance guys
