trying to use remote sharing on the latest version of rasplex on a raspberry pi. i am able to sign in with the iOS app and playback the video no problem. I am able to login via the Samsung smartapp and play the video no problem. I am able to playback the video via a webpage.
when I click play on Rasplex for the video, I get the above error message. for testing purposes secure connections to the plex media server is currently disabled.
I seem to be able to playback video remotely from any other source other than rasplex…any ideas?
Nope. I’m watching remote sources right now on rasplex. Can we get some debug logs? Cause something somewhere somehow ain’t right.
I was wondering if I was going to see this as a recent post can can say I’m seeing it too. I decided to do a fresh install to see if that helped everything. If I get the errors again, I can send logs for sure.
Playback works just fine on iOS, tvOS, and Web.

This has nothing to do with Rasplex/OpenPHT explicitly. It’s a connectivity issue with your servers. I’d review your network setup and make sure you have connectivity to the outside. Is the time displaying correctly after losing power?
I misread the initial post. I’m using a local library on a wired connection.
I’ll look into it though.
