I presume this is DSM 7?

If so, and given I don’t see any servers registered to your account.

  1. Uninstall the server package with the “KEEP” (uninstall only) option

  2. Reinstall the same package EXCEPT use the ‘New or lost’ servers
    – (Plex Claim Token option)

  3. Click the hyperlink to Get Plex Claim Token

  4. COPY the claim token then PASTE back into the window on the installer form.

  5. Click next-next-done and allow it to install.
    6 IF your networking is ok –
    It will take a little longer than normal (it’s obtaining new credentials for you)

  6. If successful, it will also report it was successfully claimed to your Username when done.

  7. Now you can open it.
