Hi, i don’t know if i am in the right area, but as of now i am running Plex Media Server on my own Gaming PC/Connection, works great even with other users added to it, but i have a windows RDP running Windows Server 2016 and i installed PMS 1.19.1.2645 done all the stuff needed, created a server name, added my media which is located in my GDRIVE (SHARED DRIVE) i mounted my GDRIVE as storage and pointed Plex Media Server to this, but anyone who I’ve shared libraries with cannot watch any media using Plex on any device, and all Plex apps, says the SERVER is OFFLINE? when really it’s not it’s online, as i can access it while on the RDP… but not off? I was thinking of moving to a UBUNTU VPS but im not paying for something if it’s going to be the same as this, is there anything i need todo? to access and watch my media for everyone
