Same Movie Different File Path causes duplication

Server Version#: Version 1.20.4.3517

I moved my file location, all the exact same files just a different path now, and Plex is picking some movies up as different movies, although they are the same and some as the same movie and updating the file path which is what I would expect. Im not sure why it sometimes creates new movies for the same movie with a different file path. Plex supports multiple versions even so I don’t know what is causing this.

Would you mind recreating your logs ? what’s most helpful is you trying to access each file.

The log buffers are fixed size and, at this point, only have playback activity.

Also, would you please show the XML (the file paths) which the two movies point to?

Lastly, do you have your Server -> Library settings set to clean up after each scan? (Empty Trash & Clean Bundles)
