I have watched countless videos on how to fix this. I have port forwarded port 32400. I have shut down all firewalls to see if it was blocking plex and it appears it was blocking the port which I then fixed. Now, canyouseeme.org can see the 32400 port but I still get this error. Plex was working just fine for me up until a week ago. Nothing has changed. I have installed the newest update of the server and that hasn’t worked either. Please help me!

I have a similar problem with a twist. I have two servers, one I set up a week or so ago. I had set up the port forwarding and had direct external access on the original server, and I still do.
The new server however does not get out when assigned 32400. Any ideas?

I’m glad I’m not alone. odd thing is, my phone, even on it’s own mobile network, says that it doesn’t have to indirectly contact my server. That happened after i port forwarded, got a static IP address, and allowed the port through mcafee, but I still get the error.
and guess what… checked this morning after not touching anything in days. The problem is resolved. HUH? :neutral:
