I am running Plex 3.84.3 on a Samsung UA65KS8000W Smart TV and this version either displays as a black screen with multiple line of code, or a black screen with just white text and no pictures. I can reset the hub, reinstall Plex and it runs fine but as soon as the TV is turned off and back on, the problem returns.
Are you using wifi or Ethernet?
Just asking because I watch a lot of Plex and I fried my wifi antenna on my Samsung Smart TV wifi from too much use, it took about 32 months.
Where did you guys found 3.84.4? I’m still on 3.84.2 and no update available…

That should have been v.3.84.3., which is the latest version available to me in Australia, but I wouldn’t have thought it mattered where you were in the world.
Reinstalled app today but again 3.84.2
Oh! That is strange. Unless it is a region specific version.
Can I ask where in the world you are, I’m in Australia.
3.84.3 is only for 2016 devices, because of the black screen issue. We’re trying to resolve the problem still, but once it’s fixed, we’ll have all the Samsung devices on the same version again.
