Samsung 8k TV Plex app wont show libraries from my windows server

Player Version#: 5.20.1

My windows server shows all my movies and music in their libraries, but I can’t get them to show in the Plex app on my Samsung TV. Both are logged in. The server shows the TV as a registered device. We have 200 movies and can’t watch any of them.

Please help.
