the player app on my samsung TV cant connect to plexserver anymore. The server and app is both updated. when i start the player on mye TV, there is no 4 digit code to put n the link page on plex. The player says "offline<2 in the lover left corner. I f i go to settings /system/ sign in to your plex account, the radio button cant be used. There is no 4 digit code on the apps “connect toplex” page.
Manual connection to local says access is denied. I must be logged in to my plaex account, which I am. Any help on this would be very fine 
I have used plex for many years. So i hope I can continue,
