Samsung App not displaying new episodes

Well you are not alone. My 2019 8000 series Samsung (all other devices are fine) do the same thing for well over a year. It is the Samsung app. Previous posts just died. I supplied logs and video from iPhone of what happens.

I have the wrong file being played any time I try and watch a new DRV recording. I have narrowed it, for me, to when the overall show already exists in a separate library/folder (in my case called TV Shows).

Also recently added episodes do not show properly to be played. A work around for this is to sort by ‘season’ instead of show.

Any help ideas from anyone?
