We tried to reproduce the problem and we didn’t see the same behaviour. Can you try the following so we can see what’s going on?
- Turn on
Log to Serverin the app - Start playback from the
TV Showlibrary for the show having issues (preferably S1E1) - Once playback starts, stop playback.
- Go to the
DVR Recordingslibrary and play the episode that was having issues - One playback starts, stop playback
- DM me the logs
