Plex app on Samsung TV failing to load. It attempts load for 0.5s (shows Plex Loading screen) before cancelling. Sitting on latest update and have tried reinstalling the app.
Any ideas?
Had a similar problem last few days since the app on my samsung tv updated to a newer version. App lodas ok but will not access media server on same network. Have tried reloading both app and media server etc but the tv will not find the normal folder contents and says server is unreachable.

Can we get more details? Model? Version? At what point does the app get stuck, before splash screen? After splash screen disappears? Does pressing buttons make UI sounds?
LG UJ6560 Same problem. It says: NETWORK UNAVAILABLE. UI doesn´t make any sound
