Samsung Frame Plex App — “Skip Credits” Causes Black Screen After Movies

I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with the Plex app on my Samsung Frame TV and was hoping someone here might have encountered (and solved) this already.

I recently upgraded to Plex Pass and have been enjoying the new features, especially intro and credit skipping. Everything works perfectly on TV shows, but I’ve run into a consistent problem when watching movies.

Whenever the “Skip Credits” button appears at the end of a movie and the skip slider completes, instead of returning to the menu or continuing playback, the screen goes completely black. At that point, I’m unable to rewind, exit the movie, or even bring up the menu. I have to completely exit the app to regain control.

This only seems to happen on movies—not on TV shows.

Has anyone else experienced this on the Samsung Frame (or other Samsung models)? Any advice or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
