I cannot find the Plex app in the Apps on Q80T Samsung TV. I suspect it is because of a region. So can you please clarify which regions is the Plex app available for? Is it the US only?

The app is available on 2016 and newer model year Samsung sets that are Tizen-based. The exception is for users located in China or Iran; the app is not currently available for users in those countries.
I saw this but didn’t trust this information as the app simply wouldn’t show on the latest TV firmware update (+ I am not in Iran nor China). But after factory reset and etc. it suddently shows. Thx
