Samsung Smart TV app not playing with subtitles

Hello - I am having issues with one specific set of files that will not play on my plex server while using the smart tv app. It’s a anime that has japanese audio and english subtitles. I’ve done this with dozens of other anime without issue, but this one specific series will not play using my smart tv app. It works if I watch it via the plex server in a web browser on my laptop, PC or on the plex app on my iphone. Here is the information I’ve gathered for you :

The plex server logs and xml of file being played - time of issue was 11:56AM PST
