Samsung Smart TV no longer shows "Movies & TV" in the hub

Hello,
My Samsung TV no longer shows “Movies & TV” in the hub on the left pane just below Home. The first pinned item is “Web Shows” I’ve uninstalled and re-installed, tried a new login user and cannot find it. It shows up on my laptop but not the TV. Not sure of the version number, but the release was January 6, 2020. I know that it worked a week or two ago.

Is your Samsung model still supported?

You may need to re-pin it. Does it show up under More on the left sidebar if you scroll all the way down?

Hello Basilh,
I believe it is still supported. The model number is UN55KU6290. From what I have found out it is:
U – LED
N – North America
55 – 55 inches
KU – 2016 UHD
6290 – series (higher denotes higher specs)

I’m not sure what you mean by re-pin it. I logged out, logged back in, deleted the app from the TV, re-installed it, logged in again after re-installing, logged out, created a new plex account, and logged in with that account, logged out and logged back in with my original account. I looked everywhere on the left side bar every time i made a change and was unable to find it.

On the left sidebar click on More.

What shows up next in the left sidebar when you scroll down the left sidebar after clicking on More?
