Samsung playback skip transcoding TrueHD to AAC

As mentioned in the last thread, there’s still an issue with playback randomly skipping forward when transcoding TrueHD audio to AAC. The PMS update to 1.16.5.1554 has fixed the Direct Play issue for a lot of content but TrueHD audio is still a problem.
