The Plex APP for my Samsung Smart tv does NOT work. I can access it through my PS4, and also on my Macbook, which is my server. So the server itself, there is no problem with. What is the problem is that the Plex APP on my Samsung Smart TV will not open. It will try to open but, but eventually just closes when it cant load the app.
The problem is with the APP itself on my TV, which wont start/crashes at launch.
Anyone got any ideas?

Can you at least indicate what model Samsung TV you have, which version of Plex Server you use, and what version of the Plex app?
Samsung Smart TV UE55JU7005, Plex Server Version 1.4.4.3495 , and Plex App version 2.007
If the app doesn’t launch normally, this is usual an indication of memory corruption which unfortunately happens on Samsung TVs. In this case the steps to take are:
- Uninstall the app
- Remove the power cable from the TV and leave it like that for a minute (just turning it of is not enough!)
- Reinstall the app.
