Samsung TV does not connect to the server

On my smartphone it connects normally, but the Samsung TV cannot connect to the server, does anyone know how to solve the problem?

I am having the same problem. Remote connection to the Nas server does not work anymore on the Samsung TV. All good on other devices
Please help

Just about to post the same thing. Infuriating as Apple TV app also never works as intended!

I just updated to server side 1.19.2.2673, All Plex players on phones/laptops work fine, samsung tv just sits there stuck. It seems to load to the initial menu and then stops allowing navigation. Help would be appreciated.

Same issue. New plex version, new Samsung. Can’t connect to server. Already disabled secure connection from Network settings. Help @Plex !

Hi ! It says to me “Allow insecure connections” and they are allowed in settings.

Any help ?

What model of the tv? Year?
