Samsung TV Having Trouble Accessing Server

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2843
Player Version#: Plex for Samsung - 4.25.2

The server is on a different network in a different city. I am intermittently able to access the content with my laptop and view the libraries, but now laptop access doesn’t work either.

I portforwarded on my server side at 32400, but remote access intermittently goes from “Available to Remote Access” to “No Remote Access Available”.

I’ve also set Secure Connections to Never on both server and player end.

Also the network is considered as such Modem (Modem/Router) --> Child Router. DHCP is disabled on child router and port is forwarded on modem side. The child router is in another room. If bridge mode is recommended, then we would have to get another router to sit next to the modem.
