Go to your TV - > PLEX → A. Home → configure manually → server → add server (put your server’s IP address and remember the last four digits that shows off on the screen connected to your IP address because you will need it to put on your server later).
And then I went to my server . Logged in to my account. Settings->Network ( make sure that secure connection is disabled → custom server access URLs (make sure you include the https:// and up to the last four no. that shows on your TV remember when you have to put your server’s IP address?) → List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth (put your TV’s IP address) and then click save changes.
→ go to your TV → PLEX (no four digits code) find configure manually → server → add server AGAIN. If it’s still not working, go back to TV plex → A. Home → configure manually → preferences → system (make sure that secure connection is disabled) and try to connect to server again.
This one worked for my one TV but the other one probably need to be replaced because it worked there too but suddenly froze and had the same problem again.
I also had the same issues. My issues were solved by doing the same steps above
Enter the IP address of your TV in the List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth field in the Media Server settings (Settings > Network)
Enable weak-TLS (!) - so remove the checkbox that says “Disable weak TLS”
REINSTALL the smart hub. In smart hub, go to tools > reinstall. Now i’m able to configure Plex manually

Press the red A Button on the samsung remote to get into the settings in the plex app while the code is missing Screen is on.
There you can put your NAS (Server) IP adress. (Don’t need to login to plex account.)
Now go to your Plex-Server Settings and put the TV’s IP in the List of IP and Network Settings and enjoy the working Plex App (like a charm) on your old Samsung device (Smart Hub Version 4.6251-5.0)
