Yeah , probably only offline is working now, so add by IP , does that still work for you? Setup as preferred , and in app, setup as insecure connection…
Offline should still work, can you test?
Or alternative is the proxy method
I run ipconfig to het my pc’s ip adresse and entered in on the tv app. IT said the connection was refused by the pc…
On the Plex server, where you setup the preferred connection, scroll down, there is a list to enter IP addresses, you need to enter there the IP address now for your Samsung… So no login bis required then… That should give you local offline access

And you are using the proxy?
For now only offline works , AND you need to enter the IP of your Samsung tv in the list of IP address, so it skips the login process… That should work and is confirmed by another user

Sadly just reset my Sammy completely (H-Serie) to test, and it failed during login 
Got stuck on loading on my 7 Series (2015 model) today. Reinstalled the app to try to shake it loose, now I’m getting blank code too.
To do this proxy thing, am I gonna need to make my PC and TV both have static IPs?
Also, how am I supposed to change any settings on the TV app when I can’t get past the empty link code screen on the TV app?
I’m wondering if I shouldn’t just ditch Smarthub and just get a Fire Stick or a Chromecast…

You can still use offline method, if your PMS is local, add the PMS by IP, make sure your Samsung is in the allowed IP list, look at the network settings of your PMS, add the IP there , that skips the login…
If you need online, then you need to install a proxy client somewhere on your network and keep it online
See my reply , offline works if you add the server by IP… Pin doesn’t work since there is no connection to the internet anymore…
Oh, and if you want to go to use proxy, if you really need to be online to access remote servers, make sure to install/side load 2.014

so it worked only after inputting the samsung IP ?
just want to make sure why it was working already for me, i already added the Ip’s of my samsungs there… offline was already working for me
