Samsung TV no display

Hey i have an issue on my Tyzen App, when i launch Plex for the first time i can link my account and access my server but when i close it and launch it again it displays “Serveur Plex *** is offline” for 1 seconds and everything disapear only the background of the plex app is here but nothing is displayed, but it react whith my tv controller, making a noise like when i click on the app. Reinstall it don’t fix the problem only delete my tv from allowed devices on my web client and link my tv again work but same the second time i re open it ! Help pleaaaaase

Been having the same thing for months, hoping it would be fixed. I absolutely hate this. Sometimes I can get in by spamming right on the remote. Sometimes I have to uninstall the app and reinstall. It’s so poor.
