Samsung TV player error not supported format

Plex Version#: 1.18.2.2058
TV Model: Samsung TV ue49mu6675u

It works fine with every show and movie I play, but every time I try to watch a 4K (HEVC Main 10 HDR) movie, the TV says:
Error code: PLAYER_ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED_FORMAT (AVPlay)

My TV is capable of running 4K and my internet speed is fast.
