Hi,
I am using the latest version of Plex on my HP Microserver Gen10 on Linux. I am streaming video over Gigabit Ethernet to my Samsung MU6179 Smart TV and there I use the native app installed on the TV.
Currently, I tried to stream to 4k videos (4K (HEVC Main 10 HDR), 20560kbps) and it worked fine for some time. After around 30min for the first movie and after 50min for the second movie, it tried first to buffer (never did this before) and then this error appears:
Multimedia file format not supported: Error code: PLAYER_ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED_FILE (AVPlay).
From now, this error appears exactly at the same time (30 min / 50min), the first minutes are still working.
In status I see that there is no transcoding for Video, Audio is encoded from DCA to AAC, so I assume no transcoding error?
I just tried to play the videos on my computer, they are fine, no errors.
