Samsung TV - Plex App start to load and crash

Hello guys,

I’m facing an issue lately with my Samsung TV model Crystal 2020 model 43TU7000.

It used to work fine, but lately it tries to load then suddenly closes.

Everything I tried to solve the problem, reinstall, delete app doesn’t work. The only workaround that works for me is unplugging the tv ac cable and plug it back. Which is very annoying as it’s placed on the wall and the plug is behind the wood panel.

Does anyone have a solution for this? Is this a bug that is being investigated and will be fixed?
