Samsung TVs won't play transcoded -- but only remote

This is such a weird problem: It only affects Samsung TV’s when transcoding remotely. There is no issue with the web, there is no issue when I use a local plex server, and no issue when I don’t transcode. I reinstalled the remote server and I have multiple Samsung TV’s with the issue. I’ve looked at the logs and nothing jumps out at me, but if it would help, I can upload.
