Not sure what has happened, earlier this week, my Samsung TV had no issues connecting to my Plex server on QNAP. The last two days, the app does not load, and basically times out and goes back to whatever I had open before trying to launch it.
I’m not aware of any updates to any software that would have caused the issue.
I have reset my TV, QNAP and home network and nothing seems to have an impact.
Thoughts?

Player Version#: Samsung 2.012
This is an issue with Version 1.18.2.2058, once both my Nas units have been updated to this version, guess what, they dont work.
However the only temp fix I can do every time is to remove both entries (has two on both) for my 2017 smart tv (Samsung) from my Nas Plex Server (settings, authorised devices) on each nas and then install them again. Then the next time I use it, go over the process all over again. Someone didn’t test the update fully as I’m reading this issue on many different websites.
Hope this helps in the sort term until another update comes along (or should I call it a Breakfix)

I have also found as posted by dane22 that you may also need to un-install the app on your tv then re-install plex again and look into the trusted devices as stated above, hopefully not every time.
