That record is still fairly new. It might take Plex a few days to ingest it into their metadata backend.
Plex seems to know about it. I created a folder for it in my Testing library and it matched. But search watch.plex.tv doesn’t seem to find it during a search. But possibly, there is some backend grinding still going on.
FYI… @napolij as tip to save you creating test files and folders.
If you open any TV show you have in your library (I used School Spirits here) and bring up the fix match you can use the search options to test search for a show. I used tmdb-316272 (id for this show) …
… and you can see its found. You can then just cancel as your test to validate the match worked.
Thanks Dokuro, good tip to know. But really it takes me no time to create a test folder for shows. I have a script that will create however many seasons I want and fill them with x number of episodes for a particular show. Comes in quite handy for testing but I use it more in my own TV show library when new shows come out and I want to create a folder for them.
