I am also running into the same issue. I have tried creating servers on a few different OS to see if there was any way around it but nothing yet. Hauppauge WinTV-DualHD Plex: Version 1.23.1.4602

Server beta version Version 1.23.2.4600, same issue. Clicking scan channels does nothing. I just re-installed windows and plex becuase I was having random Plex issues pop up. Now this. Hours wasted.

I have the same issue and see this in the logs: [Grabber] Grabber: We need to return the settings for the client to fill out. Perhaps it needs satellite information in my case and the new UI doesn’t know to ask for it?

Hopefully this can help some of you! I found an old post that you could scan for channels using the plex app for windows. It worked for me even when though it was the exact same setup

Seems that the browser interface does not submit the scan button. There is also a difference in the user interface. Partly working for me and THX.

[image] Germaenace: It worked for me also by installing the Plex App for Windows Also the Plex App for Mac OS does the job. Neither Safari, Firefox nor Chrome browser could execute the channel scan. But the App version 1.25.0 worked flawlessly.

I had this issue also, install the Plex App for Windows fixed the issue.
