I expierence the same problem on my plex server for some days.
Specific libs cannot be scanned, others can (see Partial search when changes detected stopped working - for movies only).
What I found out is that when I move media it also does not get deleted like here (Unavailable media not removed when emptying trash).
What I tried:
- reading the logs (nothing suspicious found)
- deleted the cache
- repaired the database with the corrupted article
- replace the database with an older version (three days ago)
I could also try to use an older backup of the database but I have the feeling the problem came in with the last update…
For me only music librarys (but not all ??!) are affected. That’s why it took sometime for me to notice the problem.
