As of last night, the “Scan Library Files” feature has stopped working for my plex server. The scan will begin, but then idle on a single folder for hours.
This has never been a problem before. Nothing significant has changed on the laptop/cloud. If I try watching a movie through VLC media player from the cloud, it works fine. However, the Plex Server just failed out of nowhere. I watched 2 movies in a row. Went to watch the 3rd one, and it would not load. I tried scanned folders, and it will not complete a scan.
Any suggestions or ideas on what do?
