I’m not sure how you have named your media for this show but it looks to differ wildly from what is on TVDB and TMDB for the show which plex uses …

Looks like each episode is being tagged against each season so I suspect your files are not named well for plex.
Please review Naming and Organizing Your TV Show Files | Plex Support and name your media for this show matching the examples at the bottom of this document. The SxxExx for episode naming is very important and likely the cause of your problems.

My naming is that :
/animes/KanColle/s01/KanColle.E01.SUBFRENCH.1080p.WEB.x264-RiPiT/KanColle.E01.SUBFRENCH.1080p.WEB.x264-RiPiT.mkv
Make that:
/animes/KanColle (2015) {tmdb-65711}/Season 01/KanColle.S01E01.SUBFRENCH.1080p.WEB.x264-RiPiT/KanColle.E01.SUBFRENCH.1080p.WEB.x264-RiPiT.mkv
The problem of this issue , all my videos files is automated , and with my system getting , i can’t rename files
Before today , all was is good ( The season mapping was good before update )
So i don’t see how i can fix that because i can’t really not rename files

With a discord bot , All my contents is import by my bot , and after that , if i change naming , my client don’t recognize my files 
And you can’t configure the naming std. on that?
My bot can maybe renaming , but stay the problem of my client download after don’t recognize the files ( The files have need to stay almost 24 hours for validate on my source ) so i’m a little locked lol
Not knowing your solution in details, but sounds like you should change solution all together, since not compatible with Plex.

Basicaly , My bot discord get on a API on a source and send that to a torrent client , the problem of the client torrent , if i make any change on one or multiples files , the torrent goes erroned

Nope, naming std. is hard coded, and as @anon5074910 mentioned and linked towards
Edit: But Sonarr allows conf of the naming std.

Is possible to get old version for don’t use the new scanner so?
It’s blind luck the old scanner works for you with the the naming your using. Plex requires a naming convention to scan media correctly. Deviate from it and its likely to failed.
I’ll also add that at some point in the future the legacy scanner will stop being supported.
I know lol , but i can’t really edit the files names with my source.
