Somehow I think Plex has a big mess about these items. I know that Scanners scan the files, agents pull meta data. But I do find it strange.
Okay, so in the libraries I have these options:

(the italic ones are my settings)
In the Agents settings section there are more options. Main category, subcategories and arrangeable things below them. I find it strange that Plex Movie (not the legacy one) is missing from here.

As you might expect: I do not have a clue what the best options are. For regualar movies and shows but also for extra options. Here for example states that local media assets needs to be topmost?!
And what is that option everywhere with local media assets asking for the path of music videos?
