Scanning Hdhomerun Dual on Plex Live & DVR Setup yields no channels found

Server Version#: 1.18.1.1973 Player Version#: PlexWeb HDHomerun connect quatro. Worked this morning, but can no longer tune any channels. I’m getting an error ‘Could not tune channel’ on every channel i try. I’ve removed and re-added the tuner with the same results. The tuner works via app on a Fire stick, so i know the tuner is working properly. I can reliably reproduce the below errors when trying and failing to tune a live channel.
