Im updating one of my library’s and its not finding videos. I have difference’s in the name for videos that are in 2 parts so my videos have been named part 1 and part 2. how can I get plex to add them.
What kind of videos are you adding?
I‘m not quite sure what issue you’re experiencing.
Is Plex failing to pick up any files or just specific ones?
Keep in mind that Plex will stack files into a single item if named accordingly. Contrary to using each file as a separate quality version of a video, stacked files will be appended and played in sequence.
I’m explaining this because you mentioned your file names are ending with part1, part2… this is one of the supported suffixes to create stacked items.
