Scheduled recording not being recorded, then disappears from the schedule

I have a series recording set up for Whose Line is it Anyway. For several weeks, the episodes have show in the recording schedule, but are never recorded. Looking back, they disappear from the schedule. I do see errors in the logs, from 8/20 at 9p and 9:30p. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

First thing in my opinion would be to make sure your computer is not going to sleep. This was my problem when I first started using Plex DVR. Otherwise I’m sure someone who can decipher your logs will be around shortly.

Thanks for the reply. Sleep is set to “Never”. Hybrid Sleep was on, so I switched it to off. Other recordings do start and complete, so I don’t know that Hybrid Sleep is the culprit.

Yes, still happening.

I have a similar issue. The scheduled recordings of “New Episodes” for TV series are erased from the current day (i.e. “Today”) even though episodes on the schedule for future days remain. I check the guide and all of the shows are shown and properly labeled as “New”.

The lost scheduled recordings for “Today” are restored if I do a guide refresh. I have to check several times a day to ensure that scheduled recordings are still there (a real nuisance).

My server is doing the same thing. It will have a show on schedule, but when I check the next morning there is not recording and it is now gone from the schedule. I have checked my logs but it makes no mention of the show.
