I schedule a recording of “How It’s Made”, to record all episodes (not just new).
The schedule works for a few days. All episodes are recorded.
At some point, the series link breaks, and no more episodes appear in the DVR schedule. The recording priority panel says “no upcoming episodes”. However, if I search again in the guide, there are episodes, they’re just no longer identified by the series link I previously created. To be clear, some mornings I check the schedule and see the shows ready to record, but when I check later, theyr’re no longer there, and the pane shows “no upcoming episodes”
This is a reasonably frequent, but still intermittent issue. The only thing I’ve noticed is that when it occurs, the detail for “How It’s Made” changes from being a 2019 series to a 2001 series, or vice-versa. Is something flip-flopping in the guide data that means my previous “How It’s Made” link stops being valid?
The last time this happened was yesterday, 2020-06-10, with the recordings scheduled for 0500/0530 BST.
