When scrolling through movies on Plex on ATV4k, the scroll, moves up and down on it’s own and then goes back to the beginning of the list. This happens every time I use it.
Also when reading the critics reviews under movies, when I get to the last review to scroll across to the next page, the screen moves back and forward three (3) times on its own before moving across to the next review.
Which version of Plex for Apple TV do you have installed?
I remember I’ve seen this but it feels like it’s been some time…

I am using 7.11 (22422)
I have the same problem with 7.11.
since Plex 7.11 he remembers which first letters of the films he was with, but still jumps back to the beginning.
I see this issue as well on 7.11. I’ve also noticed that larger libraries take a lot more time to load compared to the previous version which did not have the new dynamic background update. It would be great if this could be fixed. Since navigating those libraries is currently very laggy.
The latest beta update for tvOS 7.12 fixed these issues for me

Upon further use of the latest version of the 7.12 beta, I see that the initial load times for large libraries(50,000+ movies) can still take a while to load. After the initial load, coming back to that library will load much quicker. After quitting the Plex app from the multitasking view coming back to that library will take a while again. Overall it’s still an improvement from before. But not quite back to the performance level before the dynamic background update.
When scrolling through any library the GUI will still hang after going down a few rows to load more rolls. However, it never crashes me back to the top as it did before. It may be worth noting that as far as I can remember(up to 6 years back) scrolling has never been great on the tvOS app.
None of these issues are present in the iOS, iPadOS, and web apps. When navigating through the large library or any libraries things are always very zippy. I’m hoping the tvOS app can be as performant as the app on mobile and web platforms.
Plex for Apple TV 7.13 (22761) has a very smiliar bug in music libraries.
Go to library view (not recommendations), chose all>sort type: artists of: title and scroll horizontal through the second line. My whole content of the display shakes up and down.
It’s only on the second line.
