For as long as I can remember I’ve had an issue browsing my entire movie library (2400+ titles) on my Nvidia Shield Pro using the official Plex app. It is not something that occurs on Plex Web. It also occurs when my library is filtered by some means. eg. genre. I don’t experience the same with my TV Series library (200+ titles).
I suspect the issue lies within the database itself. But I’m seeking some assistance in troubleshooting this issue and where to start. I recently migrated to a dockerised plex container from hotio/plex and have the same issue hence why I think it could be database related. As part of that migration I performed; empty trash for each library, clean bundles and optimize database.
I can possibly capture a clip of the interface as the issue occurs. It is consistently reproducible.
Where do you guys think I should start in attempts to resolve this?
