SD card not available to sync under Feetime kid profile on Kindle Fire HD 10 7th Gen

There are multiple forum threads on this and work arounds to get it to work, but they’re not working and all the threads are locked.

This was working last year for a plane ride, but not this year.

The SD card is available and working under my adult profile but when I switch it to my kids profile under Freetime Plex doesn’t show an SD card at all.

Other apps on Freetime seem to work fine and be able to store on the SD card.

I don’t know what to do here so anyone that knows how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated

It’s still working for me. I just updated the Plex app today, and in the kid’s profile it still is using the SD card. Did you check to make sure the Plex app is still installed on the SD card and not the internal storage?
