Cant download content on Amazon Fire Kids

Hi All,

I’m having trouble downloading my plex content on my kids Fire tablet. It works fine on my Ipad but when I try to download on the Kindle Fire I get an error: error downloading this item. Does anyone have any suggestions? It used to work but that was about 3 years ago when we last went on holiday…

I’m using version 9.6.0.34226

Are you using the kid’s profile? Amazon limits access to the storage area when using the kids profile so Plex can’t save. This is an Amazon limitation that we can’t get around.

Hi, I’ve tried both in child and adult, in both instances I’ve increased the storage allowance and I get the same error message

Please reproduce when using the adult account and get me the android logs from the tablet.
