After updating to this version of the app, TV Show episodes are now listed vertically, vs the previous horizontal style. Thank you!!!
I have however noticed on TV Shows where only a single season exists, or in the case of a mini series, as far as I can tell episodes are still displayed in the horizontal format, rather than the updated / preferred vertical format.
I dont suppose this is intentional, so wanted to mention it.

This is expected for shows or libraries that are set to use the option “Hide Seasons”. Shows can be individually set to Hide, Show, or use Library default. A Show library can be set to either Show, Hide, or Hide for single season shows.
We do have future plans to further improve these screens.
Very interesting design choice to have horizontal scrolling for a single season where the season is “hidden” but vertical scrolling for a show with more than one season. For most shows it isn’t a huge deal, but I do have some single season shows with 30+ episodes, so its a bit annoying, but understand that may be an edge case.
I disagree, the vertical view is much better, more practical, and is by far preferred by the community. Platforms like Netflix and Disney+ also use it.
In any case, thank you Plex for bringing back the vertical view (I was about to give up on Plex and I just saw this new update! Thank you!)
