I’ve just recently become a Plexpass member so I can finally check out the media sync option, which works great.
However I think the mobile app should have a section that shows just the locally synced content. When you have 50 or more movies in your library it makes it somewhat tough to find the content you have local.

In the iOS app you can drag the screen up and there will be a option to display only synced content, on the android app there is a option from the top right menu to "go offline" which will also only display synced content.
With the new version of the IOS it's not as much of an issue. The first version of sync on IOS was similar to android...going offline was a bit confusing in order to see your local media. I'm sure they will fix this in android as well.
